GaN signed an exclusive license agreement with NASA MSFC, which grants GaN the sole right to pursue product development and commercialization utilizing NASA's patented 3D X-ray scanning technology. Dr. Jonn Kim, CEO, released the following statement:

"We are extremely pleased with this opportunity to leverage NASA's innovation for national security and commercial applications. NASA technologies have far-reaching impact on our daily lives, and we appreciate this opportunity to expand NASA's novel idea to the market place."
